Ginika Osakwe

Ginika Osakwe is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over two decades of experience delivering compassionate, person-centered care across a variety of clinical settings. She is deeply committed to supporting individuals living with mental health challenges by providing thoughtful, individualized treatment rooted in empathy and respect.

Ginika brings a strong foundation in patient advocacy, counseling, medication management, and care coordination. She has worked closely with individuals and families to navigate complex medical and mental health needs, always focusing on building trust, promoting autonomy, and empowering patients in their care decisions.

Her approach is guided by collaboration, cultural sensitivity, and a belief in whole-person care. Ginika values the unique perspectives and experiences each person brings, and works to ensure that treatment is aligned with their goals, strengths, and values.

Habon Mohamed, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC

Habon Mohamed is a dual board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC), known for her compassionate and culturally sensitive approach to care. With a rich foundation in both family medicine and mental health, Habon offers a holistic and person-centered experience for individuals and families navigating complex health needs.

Habon specializes in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders, using a blend of psychiatric medications, therapeutic interventions, and evidence-based practices. Her approach emphasizes empathy, trust-building, and open communication, empowering patients to take an active role in their care journey.

A passionate advocate for underserved communities, Habon is deeply committed to improving mental health outcomes through accessible, comprehensive care. Habon is especially attuned to the needs of diverse populations and works diligently to ensure that cultural context is integrated into every aspect of her clinical practice.

Ngozi Ohaegbulem

Ngozi Ohaegbulem is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing thoughtful, individualized care to people across the lifespan. She earned her degree from the University of North Dakota with clinical training focused on the treatment of depression, anxiety, ADHD, and a broad range of mental health conditions.

With a person-centered approach, Ngozi creates a respectful and welcoming environment where patients feel heard, valued, and supported. Ngozi is known for her compassionate, empathetic, and detail-oriented care—always striving to meet individuals where they are in their mental health journey.

At the core of her practice is a commitment to collaborative care. Ngozi encourages shared decision-making and promotes patient autonomy, believing that lasting wellness comes from aligning treatment with each person’s values, goals, and lived experiences.

Thomas Fewer, MD

Thomas Fewer is a board-certified psychiatrist with a deep commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care. Dr. Fewer brings clinical expertise in the treatment of a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, psychotic disorders, ADHD, and other complex mental health challenges. Dr. Fewer is also credentialed in electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), bringing valuable expertise in advanced treatment options for individuals with severe or treatment-resistant psychiatric conditions.

Thomas Fewer is known for his calm, respectful presence and his ability to engage individuals in meaningful, goal-oriented care. He takes time to understand each patient’s unique history, values, and strengths—ensuring that treatment is not only clinically effective but personally relevant.

Beyond direct care, Thomas Fewer is a dedicated educator and mentor to medical students and psychiatry residents, and he remains active in efforts to improve quality and access in mental health services.
