Neurodivergent & Cognitive Support
Support That Celebrates How You Think
You don’t need to fit a mold to feel supported.
At Minnesota Behavioral Health, we believe that brains work in wonderfully different ways and each deserves to be understood, supported, and respected. Whether you’re navigating ADHD, autism, or challenges like sleep disturbances, our neurodivergent and cognitive support services are built to meet you where you are.
Our goal isn’t to “fix” you. It’s to help you thrive, function with more ease, and live in alignment with your strengths.
What Is Neurodivergence?
Neurodivergence refers to natural variations in how people think, feel, and process the world. It includes conditions like ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and learning or cognitive differences. These aren’t flaws, they’re different wiring that often comes with both challenges and incredible strengths.
At Minnesota Behavioral Health, we don’t pathologize. We empower.

Sleep is a neurological necessity. And for many neurodivergent individuals, sleep is one of the first things to get disrupted.
Common Issues We See:
- Difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep
- Sleep-wake cycle disruptions
- Nighttime restlessness, racing thoughts, or overstimulation
We Offer:
